WARNING TO THE PUBLIC - MOTOR SPORT CAN BE DANGEROUS

Despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. Please comply with all instructions of marshals and notices and remain in permitted areas only. THEY ARE CONCERNED WITH YOUR SAFETY.

Please observe the following rules to ensure that your weekend and that of all our other visitors is safe and enjoyable.

A strict 10mph on site limit is enforced, anyone 'speeding' or driving in a dangerous manner will be evicted. No warning, no refund, no arguments.

Stay out of restricted areas. Please observe signage. There will be LIVE moving vehicles in the paddock area and routes to the track, please observe any instruction given to you by an Official Marshall - it is for the safety of you and our other guests.


On the Saturday night after 21:30hrs there is strict no vehicle movement on site. Driving under the influence of Drink or Drugs is illegal and there is a zero tolerance policy.
BBQ's are allowed but must be off the ground type and never unattended

No driving on site (apart from arrival or instructed by an Official Marshall to gain access to the track, scrutineering, and main arena to display your vehicle). No parking on the roadways. All exits and access points must be kept clear.

No bonfires/camp fires.

No glass bottles, fireworks on site please.

Please keep valuables locked in your car or on your person.

Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at ALL times. All dog foul must be cleaned up responsibly by the person in charge of the dog at that time.

Noise curfew is at 11pm. Any music should be played at a reasonable level and all music must be switched off at 11pm Any unauthorised sound systems may be confiscated. Please respect your camping neighbours and local residents right to a good nights shut-eye.

Help us to keep the site clean and tidy, please use the bins and rubbish bags handed to you upon arrival.

Medical assistance can be found at the main race control centre

No 'unauthorised' trading on site.

No mopeds, go-peds, monkey bikes, etc. to be used on site.

Security: Please bring any suspicious behaviour or upsetting situation to the attention of any Event Official, and Security Staff will be deployed immediately. Security will be patrolling throughout the event, but just like the Police can't be everywhere all the time.

Do not trespass onto any of the adjoining private fields or woods. Any persons found on adjoining property will be evicted off the site immediately.

Camping space is limited - and is available strictly on a first come first served basis - advance booking is strongly recommended


IT IS A CONDITION OF ENTRY THAT YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES. THE PROMOTERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION AND/OR EJECT ANYONE INFRINGING THESE CONDITIONS.

We reserve the right to vary or amend these rules at any time without prior notice and to remove any visitor from site who does not observe these rules at any time without compensation.




• Advance e-Ticket orders are subject to a booking fee.
• Advanced ticket prices end on the Friday a week before the event weekend at midnight.
• All tickets are non-refundable.
• Ticket prices are per person.
• Day tickets will be sold on the gate until 3pm.
• Camping is included within Weekend Tickets, NOT single day tickets.
• For Trackday Sessions and Circuit Cruises don't forget your driving Licence.


















































CAMPING RELATED FAQ’s

What are the gate opening times?
Gates open 4pm Friday and are manned all night , Saturday 8am until 11pm (Racers and Trackday entrants can have access from 6am), Sunday 8.00am until 6.30pm.

Is there first aid and security on site?
Yes we have 24hr Paramedic cover and a full team of professional security, check your event programme for emergency phone numbers or visit the race control building which will be the security base throughout the weekend.

Do you allow Glass Bottles?
ABSOLUTELY NOT they are a danger to adults and children alike, no one likes to see someone hurt on broken glass, please decanter wine or spirits into plastic and if you're drinking lager bring cans.

Can we bring our dog?
Of course you can, so long as its kept on a lead and controlled at all times and you clean up after it.

Can we reserve a club camping plot?
There are limited club camping spaces in the main camping field. These are strictly advance book only and will be on a first come first serve basis.. we recommend that if you want to camp together you arrive together.

Can we bring a caravan?
Not without prior arrangement, the general and family camping areas are strictly for Campervans and Canvas Tents (There is limited space for larger Motorhomes as this is predominantly reserved for the Circuit Race Teams)

Can we play music in camping?
All we ask is for people not to take the mickey, music during daylight hours is fine in general camping, we do have a music and noise curfew of 11pm (imposed by the local council laws) at which time we ask for quiet camp, people need their sleep! Please be respectful of your neighbours right to sleep. There is also a dedicated family camping area (well away from the general camping)
On-site camping is limited so pre-booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.

Are there showers on site?
Yes, we have a small block of showers.

Do you have toilets and chemical waste disposal?
There are toilets located in various placed around the site. Please do not empty chemical waste toilets on site.

Are there any electric hook–ups?
Unfortunately these are not available.
